Dr. Sugeeth Patabendige holds a PhD in Accountancy from RMIT University (Australia), a Masters in Economics (with Distinction) and a BBA in Finance (with First Class Honours) from the University of Colombo, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing from CIM. He is a Fellow Member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, UK and a Certified Global Management Accountant of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. His scholarly work spans management accounting, sustainability, contemporary marketing, and digital transformation, and he is a recipient of the CIMA Tutor of the Year 2010 and CIMA Star awards 2015. Dr. Sugeeth is also a practitioner, having held several consultancy roles and independent directorships in various organisations. Currently, in addition to serving as the Head of the Department of Marketing Management, he also functions as the Education Consultant at CA Sri Lanka and as an Independent Non-Executive Director at Mercantile Investments and Finance PLC.

Prof. Bandara Wanninayake is a distinguished academic renowned for his outstanding contributions to teaching, learning, and research excellence. Currently serving as a Professor in Marketing at the University of Kelaniya, Sri Lanka, he is widely recognized for his academic achievements and expertise in the field. Prof. Bandara holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura, a PhD from Tomas Bata University in the Czech Republic, an MBA from the University of Colombo, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM), UK. Notably, he was awarded a gold medal in recognition of his exceptional performance in the MBA program.
