Department of Marketing Management (DMM) of the University of Kelaniya inaugurated Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing 3rd student intake on 08th February 2015 at the board room of Faculty of Management Studies (FCMS), University of Kelaniya with the distinguished presence of  Dr.W.M.C.B.Wanninayake, The Head of the DMM, Guest of Honor Mr. Siddeeque Ahmad Ali Akbar Vice President - Consumer Banking & Strategic Marketing, Amãna Bank, Former Head Mr. Ajith Medis, Former Head Dr. R.A.S. Weerasiri, Dr. Renuka Herath, Coordinator of Higher Diploma in Marketing program, Mr.D.M.R.Dissanayake, Founding coordinator PGDM, Mr.Nilantha Perera, Coordinator PGDM and other Senior Lecturers.

PDGM is a well-designed programme offered by DMM and the programme content has been revised according to industry research feedback for this 2015 PGDM 3rd intake. By now DMM offers three Diplomas (Diploma in Marketing, Higher Diploma in Marketing and Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing) which lead to Masters in Marketing.
