An accelerated COVID-19 vaccination programme is being carried out throughout the country.

Considering the prevailing situation in the country, the Covid Response Committee of the University of Kelaniya strongly recommends that you get vaccinated at the nearest government vaccination center in your area/ District/ Province, irrespective of the type of vaccine. All vaccines are effective and are recommended by the World Health Organization. Vaccines prevent severe disease, death, and transmission of the disease.
