Faculty of Commerce and Management Study has a committed foster thinking and a wider dissemination of research culture which plays a vital role in developing effective and differentiated academic systems in a range of disciplines and fields to enhance the quality of the education system. The faculty provides wide range of regular trainings, workshops and seminars for all academics in the faculty in order to improve the generic research skills and to develop a range of transferable skills. For this purposes, Faculty has a Centre for Management Research, a Journal named Kelaniya Journal of Management and organizes International Conferences annually.
