Faculty Excellence Awards 2019 of the Faculty of Commerce and Management Studies

Faculty Excellence Awards 2019 of the Faculty of Commerce and Management Studies (FCMS) of University of Kelaniya was successfully held on 09th of January, 2020 at the Auditorium, Faculty of Commerce and Management Studies, University of Kelaniya. 

This ceremony was organized by the Quality Assurance Cell of the Faculty of Commerce and Management Studies (FQAC) to award and recognize the best-performing students of the faculty under two main categories, namely "Dean's List" and "Faculty Awards". Accordingly, 324 awards were awarded to the students of the faculty who are representing and reading for different degree programs offered by each department of the faculty, marking a well-rounded year of achievements for the Faculty of Commerce and Management Studies of the University of Kelaniya.

Prof. D.M. Semasinghe, Vice-Chancellor of the University of Kelaniya graced the event as the Chief Guest. Moreover, Dr. Narada Fernando, Dean- Faculty of Commerce and Management Studies, Prof. A.S.R.D. Kalingamudali, Dean- Faculty of Science, Mr. C.S.P.K. Fernando, Head- Department of Finance, Dr. C.N. Wickramasinghe, Head- Department of Commerce and Financial Management, Dr. K.K. Thilakasiri, Head- Department of Accountancy, Dr. M.P.N. Janadari, Head- Department of Human Resources Management, Dr. D.M.R. Dissanayake, Head- Department of Marketing, Ms. Y.M.S.W.V.Sangarandeniya, Coordinator- FQAC, Academic Staff and Non - Academic Staff of the Faculty, and other invitees participated the event.
