The Kelaniya Journal of Human Resource Management (KJHRM) is a forum for human resource management scholars and professionals (HRM). Papers on any aspect of human resource management that is relevant to the field are published. KJHRM accepts papers from any discipline, including organizational behavior, occupational psychology, and labor economics, as long as they have a clear link to HRM literature and have significant implications for HR practice. Papers are expected to contribute to the theory and practice of human resource management. We support rigorous research that employs a variety of methods, such as qualitative, quantitative , and quantitative as well as review and conceptual approaches. The Journal has been interested in papers about international and comparative HR issues for a long time. We are proud to work with people from all over the world and to publish work from parts of the world that are often left out of HR research. We encourage authors to contextualize their studies.
