The Faculty of Commerce and Management Studies of the University of Kelaniya reached a historic milestone on September 27th, 2025, as the Department of Commerce and Financial Management proudly hosted Commexa 2025, the first-ever Bachelor of Commerce alumni reunion, at Water’s Edge Hotel, Battaramulla.

The event transformed a long-awaited dream into a dazzling reality, bringing together nearly five decades of graduates under one roof. From the pioneering batch of 1976 to the newest generation of B.Com achievers, the evening celebrated a legacy built on knowledge, leadership, and innovation.
