Thirty learning partners in the first batch of Master of Business Studies – Chinese Intake (MBSC) conducted by the Department of Commerce and Financial Management graduated in the 140th General Convocation, University of Kelaniya. The ceremony was held at the Bandaranaike Memorial International Conference Hall (BMICH), Colombo, on 04th January 2024, marking a significant milestone for the first time in Sri Lanka.
The presence of the Chancellor of the University of Kelaniya, Chief Incumbent of the Kelaniya Raja Maha Vihara, Kithsiri Mewan Vihara, Former Head of the Department of Pali and Buddhist Studies, Aggamahapandit, Most Ven. Prof. Kollupitiye Mahinda Sangharakkitha Maha Thera, Senior Professor Nilanthi de Silva, Vice Chancellor of the University of Kelaniya, Registrar, Librarian, Deans, Directors, and Chairpersons of the Units and Centers, Heads of the Departments, added a touch of prestige to the ceremony.
