Dr. Pathiranage authored 10 international publications, out of which 5 were from his doctoral study. At the time of completion of his doctorate, his research work had more than 90,000 Reads and 100 Citations with a Global Ranking in the Top 8% pertaining to the area of Business Administration according to ResearchGate.

Through his DBA research, Dr. Pathiranage developed a new model to enhance corporate performance by establishing an effective organisational culture. This new model will be useful to business managers who face challenges of enhancing performance for their organisations.
