Started the career as a Mechanical Engineer from the Ceramic Industry (Lanka Walltile PLC) and served the company 18 years under many designations such of Factory Engineer, Engineering Manager. The period spent in the Ceramic Industry was exceptional and able to conduct many scientific researches on thermal energy conservation and ceramic technology. Attended to initiate and implement high revenue generation projects using local raw materials and renewable energy.
Joined with Macson Mesh Industries in the year 2013 as the General Manager Manufacturing and currently working as Director – Manufacturing since 2021. Elevated the organization from small scale to large scale through the implementation of many successful project in the development of capacity utilization, HR, Quality, marketing, supply chain and engineering functions.
