Professional Background
With over a decade of experience spanning the hospitality, financial sectors, retail and manufacturing sectors, I excel in strategic management, engineering management and operational leadership. As Director of Engineering at one of the largest premier five-star hotel in Colombo and Deputy Chief Engineer at Cinnamon Grand Colombo, I spearheaded initiatives for operational excellence. Transitioning to HSBC, I managed facilities and health, safety, and fire services for Sri Lanka and the Maldives. My expertise extends to change leadership and sustainable development, evident in my roles in optimising infrastructure and implementing sustainability strategies. As a Visiting Lecturer, I share insights into engineering, projects and operations management. I bring a holistic approach and proven track record in driving organisational success.
