- Presented research on ‘Workplace Bullying on Employees' Intention to Quit: A Study Among Sales Representatives in One of a Leading Sales and Distribution Company in Sri Lanka in 3rd international Conference on Knowledge, information and Human Resource Management 2019 (KIHREMIC 2019) which was held in October 2019 in Phuket, Thailand and became ‘The best presenter’ of the conference.
