Postgraduate students of the Master of Business Studies (MBS) program had the privilege of participating in an engaging outbound training session on activity-based professional development.
This transformative experience was organized and conducted by Alensun Drill (Pvt) Ltd in collaboration with the Department of Commerce and Financial Management, and it took place at the Laya Leisure Resort in Kukuleganga on July 1st, 2023.
The outbound training program aimed to enhance the students' interpersonal and leadership skills while fostering teamwork and effective communication. The participants were presented with a series of challenging activities that pushed them to their limits, both mentally and physically. Through these activities, they learned valuable lessons about teamwork, leadership, and professional development. One of the highlights of the training was the recognition of outstanding participants in various categories. Awards were presented to individuals and teams who exhibited exceptional skills and qualities throughout the training. The participating MBS postgraduate students not only enjoyed a day of adventure and learning but also came away with valuable skills and experiences that will undoubtedly serve them well in their future careers.
