The Department of Finance at the University of Kelaniya proudly inaugurated the 3rd batch of the Master of Professional Finance (MPF) program on 20th March 2025 at the Monarch Imperial Hotel, marking another significant milestone in the university's journey toward producing highly skilled finance professionals.
The inauguration ceremony was held with the participation of prominent leaders in the finance industry, academia, and learning partners, reflecting the program’s strong commitment to industry relevance and academic excellence.
The Keynote Address was delivered by Mr. Nandika Buddhipala, Chief Financial Officer of Commercial Bank of Ceylon PLC, who emphasized the importance of professionalism, analytical rigor, and ethical integrity in financial leadership.
