Knowledge: Able to synthesize multiple knowledge modules into a common scenario in developing strategies (Being able to evaluate & apply blended knowledge to strategic level decision making whilst inculcating a culture of marketing to every aspect of the organization)

Skills: Integrate multiple skills in a cohesive manner into strategic decision making (Skills are combined, sequenced and performed consistently with ease under trying circumstances)

Personal: Being able to use the value system guiding behavior in a consistent & an ethical manner (Internalized value system used for characterization)
