Knowledge: Factually knowledgeable in marketing and other related functional disciplines (Acquainted in specific Subject/discipline related facts)

Skills: Performing skills through observations and instructions [Able to identify generic skills (e.g.: communication, team work, professional writing, analytical & decision making, IT) through observation or instructions and being able to replicate]

Personal: Willingness to identify and associate values [Able to identify values (e.g.: self, surrounding & emotions) and demonstrate acceptance of those values
