Aims:

To;

  • provide the students with relevant knowledge bases on Reward Management and its application, and
  • enabling students in applying the learnt knowledge in resolving issues pertinent to Reward Management

Learning Outcomes:

At the end of the course unit, the student should able to,

  • identify the nature and the process of Reward Management
  • describe the knowledge on the process of Reward Management
  • explain the causalities for Reward Management issues and,
  • apply the gained knowledge in proposing the solutions in resolving Reward Management issues

Course Contents:

Introduction to Reward Management; Importance of Reward Management, and definitions and philosophies of Reward Management; Theories applying in Reward Management; Process of Reward Management; Analyzing  Reward Management context, Planning Reward Management process, Designing Reward Management Process; Implementing Reward Management Process;    Interventions for resolving Reward Management issues; Tools and techniques applied in Reward Management Techniques; Contemporary trends in Reward Management.

Method of Teachingand Learning:

Lectures, Case Studies, Workshops, Action Learning Projects.

Assessment:

End-semester examination, Assignments, Presentations
